Supervision Charge - VAT applicable: |
- Maximum 1.00% per annum on the initial outstanding balance.
- Applicable on the CMSME borrowers; not applicable to the Home Loan facility.
- To be imposed on a yearly basis during the loan facility tenure. However, in the event of adjustment during the interim period, proposed charges calculation shall be proportional.
- Compounding interest calculation is not allowed.
- Charges shall be collected once a year.
