Mr. A. F. Nesaruddin represents Surmah Valley Tea Company Limited on the Board of United Finance.
Mr. Nesaruddin is a Senior Partner of Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has more than 35 years of experience in statutory audits including audits of listed companies, taxation, corporate due diligence and business advisory services as well as group audits for multinational corporations.
Mr. Nesaruddin has served as member and Director in various government organisations, listed company, banks and other capital market intermediary entities.
He completed his Masters in Finance with Honours from the University of Dhaka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and past President of the Institute. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).
Mr. A.F.M.M. Samad Choudhury represents United Insurance Company Limited on the Board of United Finance.
Mr. Choudhury joined Duncan Brothers group of companies in 1991 and is currently involved in procurement and operations within the Group.
In his early professional life, he worked for Navana Limited, Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC) and Bangladesh Railway under Ministry of Communications, Bangladesh Government.
He is a Mechanical Engineer, graduated in 1976 and had Advanced Training on Transport in Germany, attached with German Federal Railways under GTZ International Scholarship Programme. Mr. Choudhury is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and is the Convener of Import & Supplies Sub- Committee of Bangladesh Tea Association.
Mr. M. M. Alam is an Independent Director on the Board of United Finance.
Mr. Alam has over 40 years of experience in marketing, banking and financial services. He served as the Managing Director of United Finance, then known as United Leasing Company Limited from 1995 to 2005. He was an Independent Director of United Insurance Company Limited from 2012 to 2018.
He obtained M. A. in Economics from University of Dhaka and an MBA from American University of Beirut. Mr. Alam is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).
Mr Kaiser Tamiz Amin was appointed as Managing Director of United Finance in September 2019.
Mr Amin started his banking career in 1989 and prior to joining United Finance in 2016 as Deputy Managing Director, he held senior management positions in American Express Bank Limited, BRAC Bank Limited, Dhaka Bank Limited and GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited as well as other organisations.
Mr Amin currently serves in the Commercial Legislation Sub- Committee of the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and as a member of the Audit Committee of SAJIDA Foundation, a philanthropic, non-government organisation.
Mr Amin is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
Mr. Mahbub Mustafizur Rahman is an Independent Director on the Board of United Finance.
Mr. Rahman has over 34 years of experience in banking. He joined the Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha (renamed BDBL) in 1976 and held various positions there over his 17 years stint. He then joined Pubali Bank Limited in 1994 and retired as its Deputy Managing Director in 2011.
In addition to currently being an Independent Director of Aamra Networks Limited, he is associated with two renowned training institutes, the Pubali Bank Training Institute and Financial Excellence Limited.
Mr. Rahman obtained his MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.

Mr. Khan is Director of National Brokers Limited. He has over 55 years of experience in tea broking. He joined National Brokers in 1965, became its Managing Director in 2006 and was Chairman from 2010 to 2019.
