I received my initial grounding in women entrepreneur finance from my 13 years in a leading microfinance organization. At United Finance Limited, I successfully scaled up this experience in my current role as a credit decision maker for women entrepreneurs all over Bangladesh.
I am able to combine my 11 years of experience in the hospital industry with the training and on the job experience at United Finance Limited to ensure a satisfying customer experience.
After obtaining my MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), I joined United Finance Limited as a Management Trainee. United Finance Limited has consistently been supportive of my academic aspirations by providing me the opportunity to become a CFA charter holder and pursue a Master’s degree in the USA under a Fulbright Scholarship whilst on the job.
From my early days as a Management Trainee in 2015 after receiving an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), United Finance Limited provided me with a congenial work environment, solid growth opportunities and a sense of empowerment. Although I left the company for an alternative experience in a semi government organization, I was happy to come back to United Finance Limited with renewed enthusiasm.
